What to bring?

A towel, water bottle (feel free to refill from our delicious reverse osmosis system), and a smile because we love to see you happy! If you own cycle shoes or grip socks, awesome, bring those. Otherwise you can rent from us.

What to wear?

Moisture wicking workout clothes that you feel your best in. We are all believers in looking and feeling your best at the gym (maybe this is your green light to go shopping for a new workout set)!

Can a beginner do this?

Absolutely. YES. 100%. Our instructors are fantastic and they will make you feel right at home. The workouts are challenging, but nothing you can't handle.

How do I book my classes?

Ok, so you're ready to do this?! Download our app, create your account, add the two week trial to your cart, and start booking classes through the app. Every Sunday at 5 pm you'll be able to start booking for the week ahead.
